We ship from Colombia, so if you are an international customer, you are responsible for customs and duties within your own country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. BALLEN is legally obliged to declare the total value paid in the shipments and must include a customs invoice in case they require it.
If you are buying in: -Colombia: Your card will be charged in COP (Colombian pesos). -International: Your card will be charged in USD and your financial institution will manage the conversions.
All sales in our eShop are final. We suggest that you review the measurements and scale of our products before your purchase. In case of further questions about the item you wish to purchase, please contact us at info@theballen.com
In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, please contact us at info@theballen.com within 48 hours of receiving your bag, to guide you through our customer service for a replacement of the item. We appreciate your understanding.
When you are ready to check out and you are viewing the items in your cart, go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Please allow 8-10 business days for your package to arrive. We do our best to ensure timely delivery for all orders, please note that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays in the shipment of your order.
Within Colombia, we can deliver to hotels. If you are shipping outside of Colombia, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or hotels.
